TimberStruc is the result of a collaboration between 3 long term friends who are Jon Lee, Simon Capewell and Tim Capewell.
The business has been set up with a fundamental goal of providing high levels of customer service and making the buying journey easy at every step possible, something which others in the industry cannot always offer.
Having worked in the timber engineering industry for 20 years, Jon most recently of Howarth Timber has a wealth of experience in the sector and this combined with Simons construction and business experience alongside Tim’s operational expertise has allowed us to create something we believe will be unique in the market place.
The wealth of experience the partners bring is great and will stand TimberStruc in good stead over the coming months and years, however they identified early in the process that support was needed on was marketing side of the business, so they brought in Jayne from Flex Marketing.
Jayne was engaged to help establish the TimberStruc brand identity, Jayne works as an Independent Marketing Manager on a freelance basis for small to medium sized businesses that don’t have a marketing team, be them existing or new like TimberStruc. Flex have a plethora of agencies they work with so can deliver exactly what their clients need.
Jayne worked with Graham at The Hatch on the logo, look and feel of the brand and then with Ste from SAS Design to develop the website. Jayne also worked closely with TimberStruc, writing the content for the site and managed the whole process on our behalf leaving us to concentrate on setting up the infrastructure, in order to give us solid foundations to be able to deliver on our promises.
